Our goal is to exceed our residents’ expectations and provide all the information necessary to enjoy your new apartment in Wilmington. Here you can find information on how to pay rent, maintenance, the pet policy and our property management.
Please submit a work order through the Resident Portal in the event that your apartment needs to be serviced. Please be as detailed as possible to help us expedite the process.

Village Park at Paladin is a pet-friendly community. The current pet policy is a maximum of 2 pets (must be spayed or neutered). A pet deposit of $500.00 for the 1st pet AND a pet deposit of $500.00 for the 2nd pet.
